What a wonderful customer service experience. I was having trouble locating a florist that would deliver to a friend in an "out of the way" area. The young lady who answered the phone took my number and called her manager to check for me, and when she confirmed that could do it we chatted briefly about what I envisioned and she took my information down. It was a really nice conversation and she couldn't have been friendlier. The next day when they were delivering the flowers, the gentleman who was dropping them off called me to let me know he put them in the shade on the back porch so that they wouldn't fry in the sun, then went so far as to take my friend's number and call her as well to let her know there was a flower delivery for her and where he had put them. Across the board, the customer service was outstanding and this experience has earned them my regular business any time I want to send flowers (which I do with relative frequency). Thank you for all the help. 💜

This is by far the best florist! They always go above and beyond. Have ordered multiple arrangements over the years from them, and every time the flowers exceed my expectations. They did my wedding this December, the flowers were absolutely stunning. Couldn’t be happier with this florist.

Heather was wonderful to work with for our wedding. She is organized and very talented. Between the Roses is not your regular Florist. Heather is a floral designer.
